Gallery Support Associate

Summary

As a Gallery Support Associate you will provide world-class service to guests while maintaining equipment and gallery facilities. You will manage client ship-outs, prepare and ticket merchandise for presentation, and coordinate movement of furniture between the sales floor and stockroom. The role supports receiving and processing shipments to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client ship-outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase
• Ticket merchandise in preparation for display on the gallery sales floor
• Organize movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Receive and process shipments promptly to maximize productivity and minimize costs
• Manage inventory preparation and execution

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a similar field
• High-energy, enthusiastic team player with strong attention to detail
• Superior organization, time-management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs and maneuver around the gallery and stockroom; role entails prolonged standing and physical activity
