Outlet Stock Associate - San Rafael Outlet

Summary

Perform hands-on receiving, moving, and staging of merchandise in an outlet retail environment to support an exceptional customer experience. Maintain organized, safe stockroom and sales floor presentation while working collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Accurately process shipments and prepare purchased items for customer pickup and loading.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Move merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Tag and label merchandise to support accurate inventory tracking
• Prepare customer purchases for pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehicles

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; prior stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a changing, fast-paced environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical activities
