Home Delivery Associate

Summary

As a Home Delivery Associate you will represent the RH brand by delivering operational excellence across the warehouse. You will handle inbound and outbound product flow, prepare orders for delivery, and ensure items meet quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, physical capability, and teamwork to maintain an efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and clean the warehouse space; remove debris and packaging
• Unload, label, scan, and organize incoming product
• Fully inspect products to ensure the highest quality
• Wrap, prepare, process, and load returns
• Verify items in assigned outbound lanes and prepare orders for delivery

Requirements

• Sense of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail
• Must pass background screen
• Ability to lift and mobilize items of at least 75 lbs
