Retail Stock

Summary

The Retail Stock team member is responsible for receiving, processing, and delivering merchandise to ensure a great customer experience. This role supports fulfillment by preparing and shipping customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping selling floors and stockrooms organized. The position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver items to selling departments
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research shipments per inventory control processes
• Maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms and assist with markdowns and fixture relocation
• Support store operations by assisting with special events and general backroom organization

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative with strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using technology and new computer applications for inventory and order processing
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
• Physically able to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
