Operations Specialist

Summary

The Operations Specialist supports all operational and inventory activities for the store, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, and organizing stockroom inventory. This role collaborates with sales and operations teams to maintain efficient stockroom conditions and ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments and transfers accurately.
• Move merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify product quantities and condition.
• Organize and optimize stockroom layout and labeling for accessibility and efficiency.
• Coordinate with couriers and the operations team to ensure accurate shipping and timely delivery.
• Prepare products for display and support security inspections and measures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
