Job Description

Summary

As a General Manager at our Huntington location, you will lead a team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all store operations and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
