General Manager - Tysons Galleria

• Attract, develop, and lead a high-performance team through training and coaching.
• Set personalized objectives for team members and hold them accountable for performance.
• Engage with clients to deliver the Versace experience and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure effective management of stock and operational duties.

• 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury retail.
• Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail, including business development and store operations.
• Strong relationship skills and ability to adapt to market changes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
