Summary

The Store Leader oversees day to day retail operations at the store, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading the store team to meet business objectives. This role focuses on operational excellence, team development, and maintaining brand standards to create a luxury shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage daily store operations including merchandising, inventory control, and visual standards
• Recruit, train, and develop associates and supervisors
• Analyze sales results and implement action plans to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention procedures
• Maintain a high standard of store appearance and product presentation
• Drive initiatives to increase customer retention and conversion

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
• Strong commercial acumen and results oriented mindset
