Summary
Manage daily operations of a cosmetics counter within a high-traffic mall location, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance for luxury beauty brands. Lead and coach a small team to achieve individual and counter goals while maintaining brand standards and merchandising guidelines. Serve as the primary point of contact between the retailer and brand partners to execute promotions and product launches.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise counter staff to deliver superior customer experiences and meet sales targets.
- Train team members on product knowledge, application techniques, and brand standards.
- Plan and execute merchandising and visual presentation to maintain an inviting counter.
- Manage inventory, restocking, and product displays to maximize availability.
