Summary

The Team Manager will lead and mentor the boutique team to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales performance, and uphold luxury brand standards. Working closely with the Store Manager, the role requires commercial awareness, strong people leadership, and the ability to operate in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the boutique team to achieve sales and service objectives
• Provide consistent coaching and identify tailored development needs
• Support team in building long term client relationships using clienteling tools
• Manage the sales floor to improve business opportunities
• Be a visible presence and provide on floor support to staff
• Ensure client experience standards are achieved
• Collaborate with Store Manager on business and team performance
