Summary
The Client Advisor Manager leads and coaches a retail team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales goals. Reporting to the Store Manager/Director, the role supports recruiting, talent development, performance management, visual merchandising, and operational compliance at the Tysons Corner location.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver the brand client promise through coaching and one to ones.
- Recruit, develop talent, and support succession planning with Human Resources.
- Drive sales performance including conversion, new client acquisition, and clienteling activities.
- Manage selling floor operations and client flow to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Support merchandising by providing product feedback and implementing visual standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage performance improvement plans with Store Manager support.
- Handle escalated client situations and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure policy and procedure adherence.
- Communicate corporate strategy and motivate team engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience.
- Minimum 3 years managing teams in retail or luxury retail.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong sales track record and client centric approach.
- Experience in hiring, staffing, and developing high performing teams.
- Analytical skills with ability to read reports and perform fundamental calculations.
- Professional presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Word Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic retail environment.
