Summary
Lead and mentor the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales goals at the Tysons Galleria location. Own business and team performance in collaboration with the Store Manager, applying commercial awareness of the luxury retail market and a proactive, agile approach.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop team members to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding client experiences.
- Support team in building long term client relationships using clienteling tools.
- Drive achievement of sales targets through active floor management and visibility.
- Identify tailored training and development needs for individual team members.
- Ensure client experience standards are maintained across the store.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on business and team performance initiatives.
- Adapt to a fast paced and evolving retail environment to meet business demands.
Requirements
- Proven people leadership experience in retail, preferably luxury retail.
