Summary

Lead and mentor a luxury retail team to drive client experience and business performance at the Tysons Galleria store. Partner with the Store Manager to coach staff, build long-term client relationships, and implement sales floor strategies in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Coach staff and identify tailored development and training needs
• Support building long term client relationships using clienteling tools
• Drive achievement of sales goals through proactive management
• Manage sales floor operations and ensure client experience standards
• Be a visible presence on the sales floor to support the team
• Collaborate with Store Manager on business and team performance
