Responsibilities- Optimize sales through effective client experiences and consistent delivery of brand sales initiatives.
- Conduct sales performance and goal reviews, executing activities to meet sales goals.
- Develop business plans with the SR. Regional AE and Regional Director.
- Plan, organize, and execute special events and in-store trainings.
- Engage with the store team for client outreach programs and events.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and maintain brand image.
- Monitor business results and communicate trends and needs.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure CRM system usage.
- Track daily business activity and complete weekly business recaps.
- Utilize MFK Backstage training app and manage operational aspects of the counter.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales and management.
- Experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training preferred.
- Passionate about the MFK brand and able to convey this to the team and clients.
- Empathetic, positive, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build a high-performing team.
- Resourceful with strong analytic skills for problem-solving.
- Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Availability to meet business needs and limited travel required.
- Ability to speak multiple languages preferred.
