Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager provides personalized beauty experiences, drives sales for an assigned brand, and supports team development within the Nordstrom Beauty department. This role blends customer service, product education, and sales leadership in a commissioned retail environment at the Tysons Corner Center location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Recruit and build customer loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Keep the department organized, clean, and customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
