The Beauty Counter Manager provides personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for an assigned beauty brand. This role combines sales, education, and customer service in a commissioned retail environment at a department store beauty counter.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer loyalty accounts to build customer following
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to be customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
