- Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
- Experience with policy creation and implementation.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret business documents and provide solutions to unique challenges.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Significant experience in project management and data analytics.
- Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
