As a Senior Talent Acquisition professional at our Flagship location, you will lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent for our organization. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Lead the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
