- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management.
Requirements- Advanced level experience in a Business Partner Generalist role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
- Experience with policy creation and implementation.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
- Ability to analyze and interpret business documents and provide solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Significant experience in project management and data analytics.
- Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
