Group Director Retail Operations - Southeast

As a Group Director of Retail Operations for the Southeast Region at Chanel, you will ensure consistent support for each Boutique, understanding the operational journey, multi-store management, and people development strategies. You will be a local contact for inventory, policy, and process, visiting and supporting all fashion boutiques and lease doors regularly, upholding Chanel’s policies and procedures.

• Create a sense of community for Retail Operations leaders in Boutique and Multi-Brand Boutique locations.
• Develop and implement key initiatives to improve operational practices.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of Heart of House teams and develop training as necessary.
• Conduct regular Boutique visits to provide coaching and feedback to managers and teams.
• Collaborate within Retail Operations and with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between directives and business needs.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee experience from an operational standpoint.
• Consistently visit all Boutiques and Lease Multi-Brand Boutiques in the region to conduct audits and trainings.
• Support Home Office and Ops Leads with scheduling and coordination of inventory.
• Support retail operations leadership on performance management of Operations staff.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of management experience in retail store operations, with 2+ years in a multi-store operational role preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Retail Math.
• Deep understanding of inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Up to 50% travel required.
• Role requires a minimum of three days in-person boutique presence.
