Summary

Provide world-class service and maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and facilities at the New York Guesthouse. Complete daily cleaning assignments, uphold RH cleanliness and safety standards, and represent the brand through professional service and a polished appearance.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver first-class service and a luxury experience.
• Uphold RH cleanliness standards in guest rooms and facilities.
• Complete daily cleaning task assignments and projects in a timely manner.
• Represent the RH brand through professional service, polished appearance, proper etiquette, and demeanor.
• Uphold the safety and security of guest belongings while in room.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Self Inspector.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to uphold safety policies, adhere to PPE requirements, and comply with uniform and appearance standards.
• Must be able to sustain standing, walking, bending, stooping and lift up to 50 lbs.
