Guesthouse Housekeeping Support

RH is seeking a Guesthouse Housekeeping Support Associate to join our team in New York, NY. In this role, you will provide world-class service to our guests while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities.

• Ensure all guest interactions and greetings are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.
• Uphold the cleanliness of public spaces and public restrooms to RH standards.
• Move operational supplies between offsite storage and Guesthouse.
• Clean, organize, and replenish housekeeping pantries and closets.
• Assist Housekeeping Associates with cleaning guest rooms, linen, laundering, and deliveries.
• Assist with luggage on arrival and departure.
• Pick up and deliver guest laundry.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience working in a luxury hotel environment or similar role.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to relieve the Housekeeping Lead as a Self-Inspector.
• Comply with brand quality assurance, uniform, and appearance expectations and standards.
• Sustained standing, walking, bending, stooping for extended periods of time.
• This position requires working indoor and outdoor, in various climates.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
