HRIS Senior Analyst - Tribeca

The HRIS Senior Analyst at David Yurman will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing Human Resources systems, focusing on implementation, configuration, reporting, and maintenance. This position is key to improving workflow and efficiencies across all HR system-related functions and applications.

• Liaise between business users and HR resources to interpret business use cases and ensure satisfactory execution of work.
• Manage the biannual Workday release process, understanding new and revised content and its impact on HR systems.
• Create and enhance HR system analytics through dashboards, reports, and discovery boards.
• Document all HR system manuals with an emphasis on user-friendly and easy-to-update approaches.
• Propose efficiency and quality improvements through projects and daily responsibilities.

• Bachelor's degree with applicable coursework.
• 3+ years of progressive responsibilities within HRIS or similar capacity in support of the Workday platform.
• Strong background in data analysis and expert-level problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail in handling sensitive information daily.
• Strong written communication skills for a variety of audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
