As a High End Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to VIP clients, offering personalized beauty consultations and support through various remote channels. You will play a key role in enhancing the client experience and driving sales for the brand.

• Provide 1:1 personalized beauty consultations via chat, email, video, and phone.
• Understand VIP client needs and curate thoughtful product recommendations.
• Maintain expertise on skincare, makeup, and fragrance collections.
• Create a white-glove VIP client experience with follow-ups and loyalty gestures.
• Assist VIP clients with online purchases and post-purchase care.
• Manage clienteling campaigns and achieve target contact completion rates.
• Generate revenue by ensuring conversion and inviting VIP clients to purchase.

• 3+ years of experience in retail or beauty consulting.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Proficient in using digital customer service tools.
