Summary

The Home Delivery Scheduling Associate coordinates and schedules residential delivery appointments, providing elevated phone and email service to RH customers. The associate is expected to maintain brand standards while meeting performance metrics and working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound and make outbound calls to schedule home delivery appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email for high-end clients
• Resolve complex scheduling and delivery challenges with urgency
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate deliveries
• Maintain compliance with company policies and performance standards
• Document appointment details and update scheduling systems accurately
• Work flexible hours including evenings weekends and mandatory overtime as needed

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal written and listening communication skills
• Technical aptitude and comfort navigating multiple systems
• Organized detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proactive problem solving and resourcefulness
• Ability to maintain poise confidence and confidentiality with high-end customers
