Job Description

Summary

The Home Delivery Scheduling Associate coordinates and schedules residential delivery appointments, providing elevated phone and email service to RH customers. This role operates in a fast-paced centralized scheduling environment and collaborates with internal and external partners to solve complex delivery scenarios. The associate is expected to maintain brand standards while meeting performance metrics and working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Field inbound and make outbound calls to schedule home delivery appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email for high-end clients
  • Resolve complex scheduling and delivery challenges with urgency
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate deliveries
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and performance standards
  • Document appointment details and update scheduling systems accurately
  • Work flexible hours including evenings weekends and mandatory overtime as needed

Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal written and listening communication skills
  • Technical aptitude and comfort navigating multiple systems
  • Organized detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Proactive problem solving and resourcefulness
  • Ability to maintain poise confidence and confidentiality with high-end customers
  • Must pass a background check
