Outlet Stock Associate - Clearwater Outlet

Summary

Perform receiving, organizing, and stocking of merchandise in an outlet environment to ensure accurate inventory and elevated presentation. Support movement of product from delivery to sales floor and assist customers with pickups while maintaining safety and brand standards. Work hands-on in the stockroom and on the sales floor in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for precise tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles
• Move product using appropriate equipment while following safety guidelines
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs while using appropriate equipment
• Capacity to stand for prolonged periods and perform bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
