Summary

Provide elevated scheduling support for home deliveries by serving as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email. Deliver luxury customer service in a fast paced environment while collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve scheduling challenges. Meet performance standards and maintain compliance with company policies while supporting a flexible schedule that may include evenings weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound and make outbound calls to set up home delivery appointments
• Provide exceptional phone and email communication for a luxury clientele
• Act with urgency to resolve complex customer scenarios in the moment
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve delivery challenges
• Ensure an unmatched world class customer experience during scheduling
• Meet or exceed performance standards for the role
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort with multiple systems
• Resilient under pressure and resourceful problem solver
• Proactive organized and detail oriented
• Effective verbal written and listening communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and mandatory overtime
• Must pass a background check
