Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members and leaders through coaching and structured training to uphold dining room service standards
- Oversee recruitment hiring and onboarding to build a high performing dining team
- Drive strategic direction of dining room operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain operational excellence by upholding quality safety and compliance standards
- Serve as a brand ambassador and resource for guests leaders and team members
- Set labor and sales goals analyze financial reports and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with culinary and gallery leadership both on property and across the organization
- Manage inventory controls and operational systems to support restaurant performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a high volume full service restaurant or equivalent
- Expertise in financial performance management including labor and food costs
- Experience with inventory management systems and point of sale systems such as Micros
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across leadership levels
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
- Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
