Summary

Seeking an engaging, service-minded Host to create an extraordinary first impression for guests at a restaurant within a design gallery. The Host will welcome guests, guide them through their visit, maintain presentation standards, and support seating flow to deliver elevated hospitality experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience by providing first class service at all times
• Greet guests promptly and graciously and guide them to their table
• Maintain organization of the host stand, coat closet, menu display, and dining room areas
• Model personal presentation standards and engage warmly with guests
• Maintain strong knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings to serve as a brand ambassador
• Partner with leadership to optimize seating flow and maximize guest experience
• Work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of related guest facing or hospitality experience
• Legal authorization to work in the country at the time of application
• Meet minimum legal age requirements for serving alcohol and job duties
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50lbs using appropriate techniques
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
