Job Description

Summary

As a Human Resources Director at CELINE, you will lead retail HR activities across North America, focusing on development, retention, employee relations, and reporting. You will support and mentor managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead management of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans in collaboration with Finance and Operations.
  • Ensure employee compensation aligns with budget and benchmarks.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with laws.
  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance onboarding and workforce planning.
  • Implement learning and development activities to enhance skills.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support effective sourcing and assessment of talent.
  • Liaise with HR teams in Europe and LVMH Inc. to align strategies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
  • Expert knowledge of labor laws in the US and Canada.
  • Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Ability to work in office 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday).
