Responsibilities- Provide HR Business Partnership to Corporate and Workshop leaders and employees, offering thought leadership and coaching.
- Partner with employees to assess skill gaps and incorporate development needs into HR plans.
- Maintain understanding of employee benefit programs and support employees in managing employment terms.
- Create and facilitate change management plans and coach leaders to drive outcomes.
- Lead Employee Relations activities, championing inclusion and addressing employee relations issues.
- Promote efficient recruitment processes to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Drive Performance Management and Organizational Development processes across teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment policies and procedures.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
- Experience coaching leaders and managing performance issues.
- Excellent negotiating and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
