Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director at Van Cleef & Arpels is responsible for leading and overseeing all HR activities for the Corporate and Workshop teams. This role involves partnering with leaders and employees to manage people-related needs, supporting business objectives, and driving results. The Director collaborates with VCA leadership and HR teams to evaluate talent-related needs and implement HR processes aligned with the Maison's growth objectives.

• Provide HR Business Partnership to Corporate and Workshop leaders and employees, offering thought leadership and coaching.
• Partner with employees to assess skill gaps and incorporate development needs into HR plans.
• Maintain understanding of employee benefit programs and support employees in managing employment terms.
• Create and facilitate change management plans and coach leaders to drive outcomes.
• Lead Employee Relations activities, championing inclusion and addressing employee relations issues.
• Promote efficient recruitment processes to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Drive Performance Management and Organizational Development processes across teams.
• Ensure compliance with employment policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
• Understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
• Experience coaching leaders and managing performance issues.
• Excellent negotiating and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
