Summary
Lead the design and delivery of global people strategy, operations, and employee communications to drive engagement, wellbeing, and organizational alignment. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, overseeing HR initiatives from planning to execution and ensuring cohesive global communications across regions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the annual global people calendar and project management tools to ensure timely execution of HR initiatives.
- Support development and evolution of the Global People Strategy and translate priorities into actionable connected goals.
- Develop action plans following employee surveys to track progress and address key opportunities.
- Lead HR technology change management including Workday implementations and technical integrations.
- Partner with People IT to embed AI technologies into HR processes and maintain HR content databases.
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement and optimize cross functional project roll outs.
- Develop and deliver CHRO and People team engagement strategies to strengthen collaboration and transparency.
- Manage all People Team communications including newsletters, updates, video series, and event materials.
- Plan and execute HR led global meetings such as Quarterly People Meetings and All Hands.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in communications, with internal communications preferred.
- Experience executing communications for global internal stakeholder populations including retail and managers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, editing, and presentation skills including PowerPoint development.
- Proven ability to prioritize, manage workload, and work collaboratively across a global cross functional environment.
- Track record managing large, matrixed projects and delivering to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated strategic and execution orientation with strong problem solving and initiative.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain integrity.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect business objectives with communications strategies.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new applications; minimal travel required.
