Summary
Senior technology leader responsible for driving the strategic vision, adoption, and continuous improvement of workforce management HR and payroll technology platforms for the US region. This hybrid role is based in New York City or Piscataway NJ with a three day onsite requirement and leads product roadmaps, stakeholder partnerships, and a high performing team to deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap for WFM HR and payroll technology solutions
- Drive UKG Pro WFM adoption for scheduling time tracking and PTO management
- Define and implement Workday integration strategy with US systems
- Act as technology partner to US payroll ensuring system performance
- Design KPIs and dashboards to measure adoption and surface improvement opportunities
- Identify and lead pilots for AI and GenAI workforce management capabilities
- Coach mentor and develop the technology team to drive performance
- Manage vendor relationships ensuring service quality and contract compliance
- Partner with Retail Operations Payroll People and Global teams to deliver product value
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of strategic experience managing WFM HR and payroll systems
- Experience in US retail luxury goods or similar service industry
- Technical expertise with UKG Pro WFM and Workday HRIS required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or similar; master's preferred
- Strong change leadership project management and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and influence stakeholders
- Data driven mindset with experience designing analytics and dashboards
- Proven vendor management and process optimization experience
