Summary
Senior HR technology leader responsible for HR systems and data governance across the Americas, driving HRIS deployments, data integrity, and user experience while aligning global strategy with regional needs. The role partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to implement market specific requirements and continuous improvements. Based in Midtown Manhattan with a hybrid on-site schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise HRIS project deployment and ongoing operations for the Americas
- Collaborate with stakeholders for project visibility and partner with IT for integrations
- Activate global HR strategies locally and lead market specific adaptations
- Serve as custodian for HR data integrity security and quality
- Implement and monitor data governance policies and access management
- Drive use of HR data for trend analysis and decision making
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes using HRIS functionalities
- Lead training programs and promote best practices for HR systems and data management
- Provide first level support and liaise with central support teams
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of HRIS experience with HR data management and governance
- Significant experience in HR technology or luxury sector in an international environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem solving ability
- Proven ability to influence globally and lead regional implementations
- Experience with specifications test scenarios and functional acceptance testing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate with HR IT and business teams autonomously and in a team
- Willingness to work on site four days per week in Manhattan
