SummaryAs the Director of Employee Relations and Compliance, you will lead the employee relations function in the US, ensuring consistent, practical, and compliant outcomes for all escalated employee relations matters. Responsibilities- Lead and manage the employee relations function, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Oversee escalated and complex employee relations matters and recommend appropriate employment actions.
- Implement standardized operating procedures for handling employee relations issues.
- Facilitate effective partnerships with HRBPs, Benefits, Legal, Internal Control, and Asset Protection teams.
- Conduct thorough investigations and manage internal whistleblowing systems.
- Analyze employee relations data/metrics for themes, trends, and root cause identification.
- Serve as central owner of compliance information, including state-specific onboarding requirements.
- Assist in the development and administration of projects, programs, and guidelines.
Requirements- 10+ years of experience in an employee relations-related capacity.
- Experience in a multi-unit retail environment preferred.
- Expert-level understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and travel requirements.
