Summary
Senior HR leader responsible for HR strategy and execution for the Central Region retail operations while managing and developing a team of four HR professionals supporting multiple regions. Role partners with senior leaders to deliver recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent development initiatives and is located on site in the New York corporate office.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic HR Business Partner for the Central Region supporting seven stores across AZ NV and TX
- Conduct in person store visits and provide ongoing remote support to store leadership
- Manage employee relations including investigations and conflict resolution
- Lead full cycle recruiting and workforce planning for the region
- Conduct talent reviews succession planning and performance coaching with store management
- Lead and develop a team of four HR professionals providing coaching and mentorship
- Partner with HR leadership to implement employee engagement and talent development programs
- Oversee performance management processes including annual reviews and new hire evaluations
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience including multi unit leadership
- Proven experience managing and developing HR teams
- Experience in luxury retail or service oriented organizations preferred
- Expertise in employee relations talent development recruiting and performance management
- Knowledge of HR policies employment law and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Regular travel to supported stores including twice annual visits to boutiques
