Responsibilities- Inform and drive HR strategy for the New York Region, including the Maison Madison Global Flagship store.
- Maintain a balance of strategic advisement and hands-on HR support with both physical and virtual presence.
- Manage employee relations and recommend employment actions to maintain a positive work environment.
- Conduct investigations and facilitate dispute resolution.
- Optimize and implement talent acquisition and management programs.
- Conduct regular meetings with store leaders to provide HR strategic workforce updates.
- Support the implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Manage the company’s annual performance review process and new hire review process.
- Assist in aligning workforce with strategic goals of the department and company.
Requirements- At least 7 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role.
- Experience in luxury retail or service-oriented organization preferred.
- Strong skills in employee relations, talent development, recruiting, and performance management.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Travel required for store visits within the region.
