Responsibilities- Manage and develop the Compensation and Benefits team, including Senior Manager, Payroll Manager, and Specialists.
- Design compensation and benefit plans aligning with business objectives and talent strategy.
- Monitor and analyze compensation and benefit programs for effectiveness and recommend revisions.
- Oversee job analysis, salary evaluations, and ensure legal compliance of pay practices.
- Lead internal compensation reviews and manage annual salary increase and bonus programs.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to design incentive programs linking pay to performance.
- Partner with Finance to review budgets and manage HR costs and strategic plans.
- Lead benefits strategy assessment, development, and implementation.
- Provide thought leadership on compensation trends and legislative impacts.
- Oversee HR data analytics, reporting, and data integrity.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of compensation or finance experience, with at least 2 years in management.
- Experience in a global company is highly desirable.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience managing a team and providing career development.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to be both strategic and tactical.
