Job Description
As an IST Manager - Client Interactions at Louis Vuitton, you will lead clienteling and client interaction projects, collaborating with business department leads to define requirements and create solutions. You will work primarily on Salesforce platforms, ensuring alignment with the Americas roadmap and building strong relationships with counterparts worldwide.
Responsibilities- Act as key point of contact for business teams in relation to Clienteling, CRM, and Customer Service Center Applications.
- Manage CRM database and interconnection with the Client Referential Database and the data ecosystem.
- Utilize Marketing Automation tools to run personalized campaigns and handle notifications.
- Ensure timely updates of application scope landscape and contribute to application management planning.
- Conduct frequent touch points with department heads to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Create and maintain project plans for assigned business project requests.
- Coordinate project tasks across business users, IS&T, and Central IS&T in France.
- Participate in functional and integration testing and provide management status reporting.
- Prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing scenarios with business key users.
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, Project Manager, or consultant with progressive IS&T responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Core Cloud and high-level clienteling processes.
- Experience in organizing AMS support teams for on-time ticket resolution.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to engage with executive-level management and challenge business needs when necessary.
- Willingness to learn and use automation or RPA tools.
