Job Description
The Senior Manager, CRM and Client Development is responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of CRM systems, tools, and processes to drive customer engagement, retention, and overall business growth. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, aligning client needs with company solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships. The Senior Manager works closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and support.
Responsibilities- Oversee existing CRM programs, manage budgets and resources, and identify opportunities for efficiencies.
- Develop and implement multi-channel trigger programs for full customer lifecycle.
- Lead CRM strategies to support key product launches and priority brand awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with Media and Marketing Team to increase customer acquisition and retention KPIs.
- Optimize customer dashboards and create executive summaries focused on customer contribution to total business.
- Develop and evolve client contact strategy with a focus on personalized outreach and client planning.
- 6+ years of experience in CRM/Consumer engagement, preferably in luxury retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong leadership capabilities and ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Expert in creating and scaling end-to-end omnichannel CRM and loyalty programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
