Sr Manager - Client Development

As a Sr Manager of Client Development at Louis Vuitton in New York, you will lead retail-focused client development activities across the zone. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting client development tools and refining team selling behaviors to drive client recruitment, retention, and elevation.

• Lead the invention of programs and structures to ensure a core Client Development mindset and skillset in store teams.
• Drive Client Development competencies across all retail levels through coaching, recruiting, and resources.
• Build training programs targeting strengths and opportunities in Client Development.
• Facilitate "Train the Trainer" sessions for new programs and regional teams.
• Collaborate with Retail Learning field coaches to reinforce Client Development messages.
• Set expectations for client outreach and engagement and motivate stores to achieve them.
• Collect and share best practices and success stories across all programs.
• Regular travel to regions and stores to execute specific plans and create development plans on CD challenges.

• 5+ years of experience in Client Development or a related field.
• Strong coaching background and retail experience focused on fostering client relationships.
• Proficiency in Excel, including creating formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Enthusiastic team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Knowledge of the French language is a plus.
