Client Development Manager

As a Client Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales by enhancing the selling and clienteling skills of a team of Style Advisors. You will create a high-performance team and consistently coach for optimal sales results, maintaining high visibility on the selling floor to connect with customers and build sustainable client relationships through exceptional service.

• Develop and coach Style Advisors to establish deep client relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Deliver memorable shopping experiences and plan client appointments to maximize results.
• Inform clients of in-store events to enhance their experience and increase engagement.
• Leverage marketing tools and social media to increase client acquisition and engagement.
• Use technology to strengthen client relationships and deliver 24/7 service.
• Manage the selling floor operations to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

• 3+ years of management experience in a comparable volume setting.
• Proficiency in technology, including Word and Excel.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and inspire others through leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build structural processes.
