Sr Manager Clienteling

As a Sr Manager Clienteling at Celine, you will play a pivotal role in implementing the clienteling strategy at the regional level, working closely with the retail team to enhance client experiences and drive performance. You will report to the CRM & Clienteling Director and support the execution of regional initiatives.

• Develop and manage the client activation calendar per store, creating new in-store and out-store concepts aligned with Maison guidelines.
• Implement event strategies in partnership with regional and central teams, ensuring Maison standards are met.
• Define targets for actions, track event performance, and provide recommendations.
• Manage in-store events budget, including accounting and finance processes.
• Develop custom experiences to elevate the regional client database and support sales associates.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities related to client experiences.

• 5+ years of experience in clienteling or CRM in a luxury or fashion environment.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of services.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate results into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce tools.
• Confident communicator with the ability to inspire collaboration.
