Responsibilities

• Repair furniture to first-quality standards at client homes, RH Galleries, and Home Delivery Centers.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and promote a safe working environment.
• Provide quality assurance and quality control feedback.
• Adapt to changing job requirements and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Knowledge of touch-up repairs for wood, leather, and fabric, as well as coatings and finishes for metal, stone, marble, and concrete.
• Knowledge of framing and furniture construction methods.
• Strong teamwork, ownership, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in an assigned geographic territory and lift and mobilize items weighing at least 75 pounds.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.
