Summary

Support store logistics by receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms. Provide general operational support to help the store deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship customer orders according to quality standards.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
• Maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Support store activities, including special events, markdowns, and fixture relocation.

Requirements

• Show ownership, accountability, initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Use a variety of technology and computer applications.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Meet physical requirements, including prolonged movement, frequent bending and reaching, and lifting or carrying merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
