Interim Asset Protection Agent

Summary

The Supply Chain Asset Protection Agent supports loss prevention, safety, and security initiatives to safeguard company assets and employees. The role helps maintain a safe facility, identify and investigate potential losses, and support operational processes that reduce shrink.

Responsibilities

• Respond to loss prevention, safety, and security incidents, alarms, and screening needs.
• Monitor facility access, screen people and belongings, and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Investigate shrinkage and loss, review camera footage, document incidents, and coordinate follow-up.
• Inspect the facility and security systems, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain required records and support building opening and closing as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer-facing service experience, ideally in loss prevention, security, or risk management.
• Supply chain facility experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to respond calmly to safety and security issues.
