Interim Beauty Sales associate providing personalized makeup and skincare services in a luxury beauty environment. Engage customers in person and digitally to build relationships, drive sales, and support beauty events and services at the Bellevue Square location.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend and sell on trend and luxury beauty products
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Use text and social media to support digital selling and customer follow up
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on product knowledge and beauty trends through trainings
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive team environment
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer service and ability to build client relationships
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to frequently use hands for fine manipulation and lift items up to 25 pounds
