Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, driving sales goals, and supporting store initiatives while representing brand expectations. Role involves customer engagement, supporting alternative purchasing processes, and contributing to a collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer focus
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize More Ways to Shop and new technologies to increase sales
• Engage in networking to build clientele and provide feedback to management
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as ship to home and digital tools
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times
• Represent the customer experience expectations aligned to brand standards

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
