Summary

Provide personalized beauty experiences in the Nordstrom Beauty department focusing on men’s fragrances. Engage customers both in-store and digitally to recommend products, perform applications and analyses, and drive sales while contributing to a welcoming team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products tailored to customer needs
• Engage customers to build relationships and drive in-store and digital sales using text and social media
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current industry trends
• Strong customer connection skills, empathy, and ability to handle customer concerns
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and technology for selling
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and meet physical requirements (continuous movement, lifting up to 25 pounds)
