- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Use digital selling tools including text and social media to grow customer following
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Keep department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
